The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is one of Canada's largest and most prestigious museums.

The ROM reached out to Froztech because they needed a way to visually display daily prices of tickets, as they vary from day to day. This feature would benefit price-sensitive clients by allowing them to check prices before proceeding to checkout. Additionally, for children’s programs, the museum required a system to present questions to parents or guardians about the minors. While their existing ticketing system supported this, it was not integrated with their website.
